Lead the sales team within the assigned geographic location, ensuring effective management and execution of sales strategies to achieve market coverage and monthly targets.
Regularly monitor the performance of TSM/RSM and field officer to meet sales targets.·
Drive initiatives to expand retail coverage by motivating network partners and team members.·
Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and close deals with potential buyers.·
Exhibit strong leadership and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration and guiding the team toward achieving collective goals.·
Regular collection monitoring and meeting the collection target maintaining less risk of distributor default·
Secondary Sales management (daily and monthly report to senior managers)·
Distributor stock Merchandising·
Promote product merchandising of outlets via sales officer·
Work in a team under the direct supervision of National Sales manager in formulating marketing & sales policy with the guidance and inspiration of the company.·
Collect competitor’s necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.·
Prepared different types of report as per the management requirements.
