Responsibilities & Context

• Interior Site Visit: Conducting site visits to assess the space, its dimensions, and existing conditions.
• Project Scheduling: Developing a detailed project schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Contractor Management: Managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts with contractors, and suppliers.
• Site Supervision: Overseeing the construction and installation process on-site.
• Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses and making adjustments as needed.
• Communication: Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, architects, and designers to ensure smooth project flow
• Project Closeout: Finalizing project documentation, including as-built drawings and final payment.
