Responsibilities & Context
- Manage Factory & Head office ERP and Business application support.
- To design, maintain, and deploy software applications to meet user and business needs.
- Analyze the requirements of end users, test and integrate applications.
- Provide support to end users, investigate data discrepancies, application errors, propose modification and enhancement of existing application to improve operation process.
- Understand and develop MIS reports for business as per requirement.
- Develop new modules and maintain ERP software using Oracle APEX.
