Responsibilities & Context
- Receive the customers/clients at the Front Desk.
- Implement the digital marketing program of the company.
- Communicate with the potential clients/customers over phones and other digital means.
- Prepare and update database of clients/customers, products etc.
- Operation of POS Machine, Cash Machine, Bank deposit, Prepare sales report weekly & monthly etc.
- Reply to the client’s queries online and establish a regular relation with the customers assuring quality services of the company.
- Appear in the FB Live for marketing of the company’s services and products.
- Effective conversation with the prospective clients/customers via Messenger and FB Page.
- Understand and operate Machineries regarding LASER and Cosmetology.
- Make Plan for Digital marketing.
