Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Operation in Charge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations within a designated geographic area, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:·

•   Actively approach and engage with customers to promote and drive collection & sales services.
• Sales & Collection Targets: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of services.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize profitability.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall business strategy.
