Ability to work with challenges. Required Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and forecast market trends. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management tools. Required 30 WPM in both Bangla & English typing. Well-behaved, convincing & positive attitude. Good morale value and family background with ethical commitment. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Client Interaction & Negotiation:

  • Negotiate with clients regarding property inventory.
  • Respond promptly to inventory inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.

Inventory Management:

  • Achieve inventory targets to ensure organizational profitability.
  • Maintain and update the client database with accurate and detailed information.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on property inventory.

Lead Generation & Market Analysis:

  • Generate new leads through research & development (R&D).
  • Develop and execute regional inventory plans to optimize market reach.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory and sales statistics to identify growth opportunities.

Client Engagement & Corporate Relations:

  • Present company products and services effectively to clients.
  • Identify and establish contact with potential corporate and individual customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

Strategic Planning & Team Collaboration:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize business potential.
  • Initiate innovative ideas and convert them into actionable business opportunities.
  • Foster team building and collaboration for achieving business goals.

Event Management & Representation:

  • Organize and participate in real estate-related events to enhance market presence.

Reporting & Other Duties:

  • Maintain comprehensive inventory and other operational reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
