Job Context:
A Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in HR & Administration typically plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of the HR function and ensuring smooth administrative operations within an organization. Their responsibilities often encompass a broad spectrum of activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulation HR Policy, Budget and confirms its implementation.
- Ensure proper recruitment, selection, placement, joining formalities & Induction Program.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, leave management & over time management.
- Monitor & ensure proper payroll administration.
- Maintaining employee relation, counsel them for grievance handling & take proper disciplinary action.
- Maintain Resignation & Release Formalities.
- Drafting Official Note, Letters, Deeds, Agreement, Preparing all kinds of Reports.
- Handling administrative petty cash and reconciliation with Accounts department..
- Ensure maintenance work with proper channel.
- Organize all kind of events as per management needs.
- Manage & monitor housekeeping, safety security & environmental issues in the entire Office
