Additional Requirements

- Strong interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate student documents for accuracy and completeness
- Review, validate, and organize student documents following established guidelines
- Maintain the online record-keeping system. Update and manage student information in the system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
- Provide support and assistance to students & staff as needed
- Create and update student records, ensuring all necessary information is included
- Maintain Confidentiality and security of student records
- Assist in the development and implementation of file archiving systems and procedures
- Support other admission-related processes, including enrollment, verification, and correspondence with prospective and current students
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards for recordkeeping and data management
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity in all documentation and admission processes
