Additional Requirements

Responsible for managing all Sales & Marketing activities related to lifts, and escalators.
Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.
Generate sales leads and call potential clients for follow-up.
Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.
Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
Establish a sales training program to train new employees.
Prepare documentation of sales activities.
Negotiate prices, and terms of payment, and prepare sales agreements.
Evaluate competitor’s products, activities, and selling strategies in the local industry.
Formulate and implement sales policy and strategy to reach sales targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with external customers.
Hold a leading approach and expertise to assure customer confidence and satisfaction to facilitate job profitability.
Lead entire sales team.
Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
