Responsibilities & Context

• Monitor and direct movements towards fabric department to meet daily production target
• Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of skilled workers
• Overall monitor from fabric to shipment
• Ensure sewing production through in-charge, supervisors and others
• Set the line lay out as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency
• Communicate and follow up with various departments
• Initiate machine maintenance team to get most suitable support from them
• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage
• Ensure and organize effective training for increasing productivity, maintaining quality standard and reducing absenteeism
