Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service support via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, itineraries, and travel-related information.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and promotions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
