Responsibilities & Context

We are hiring some Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager, Retail Sales (Home Internet Connectivity) to promote our home internet services. Your role involves visiting residential areas, building relationships with property owners and managers, distributing promotional materials, and organizing local events to boost sales.

You’ll focus on achieving sales targets, engaging potential customers, and identifying new market opportunities. If you’re energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoy working in the field, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Visit residential buildings daily to meet property owners, managers, and potential customers.
Build strong relationships with building managers and community leaders to promote internet services.
Organize local events and campaigns to boost brand visibility and attract customers.
Distribute promotional materials (leaflets, flyers) in residential areas and public gatherings.
Set and actively work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable internet packages.
Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into customers.
Identify new residential areas with high customer potential and target them.
Track competitors’ activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Highlight promotions, offers, and discounts to attract customers.
Maintain records of daily visits, potential leads, and achieved sales.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales team for strategy improvement.
Promote additional services or upgrades to existing customers.
Build trust with customers to ensure loyalty and generate referrals.
