Responsibilities & Context

• Receive from concern merchandiser all buyer order sheet for upcoming order.
• All sub-contract Gate Pass challan.
• Sub contract goods send Receive in SAP.
• Daily Wash Embroidery & Print Send Receive Report in Excel.
• All Subcontract challan copy Check.
• All Subcontract Bill Check.
• Check the Stock Before gate pass challan.
• Check SAP purchaser order in system after receive.
• MIGO all subcontract PO.
• To ensure concern merchandise if any type of problem in SAP purchase order.
• To ensure proper Received delivery any type of Wash Embroidery and print.
• Keep proper record any type of Wash Embroidery and print delivery to production section in SAP.
• Keep proper record any type of Wash Embroidery and print delivery to production section in excel.
• Any others related task assigned by the management.
