Job Type: Full-Time (8 hours/day) for 5 days; From Office
Expectation: Our goal is to establish Russian on the Go as the first and most trusted name in Bangladesh for any collaboration or services related to Russia. Within a year, we expect the Social Media Manager to build a strong and reliable brand presence that ensures people immediately associate us with expertise and trustworthiness in this domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan, maintain, and oversee social media growth by increasing reach, engagement, and followers.
- Create and execute innovative campaigns aligned with the company’s goals to boost awareness and engagement.
- Develop content plans, coordinate with team members, and ensure timely execution.
- Write engaging blogs, columns (in both English and Bengali), and press releases.
- Create, plan, and oversee drafts for photo shoots and other creative content.
- Design and implement targeted digital advertising campaigns, including in-house digital marketing funnel campaigns.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and build relationships.
- Lead the social media team, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with “Mainstream Media Platforms”.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor performance metrics and use insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Ensure SEO optimization for all content and social media posts.
- Respond promptly to comments and messages, fostering strong audience relationships.
- Keep track of industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors’ activities.
- Innovate and implement new ideas to keep the content fresh and engaging.
- Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and social media performance.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve growth objectives.
