Future Track is an educational consultancy company looking for experience candidate to join our counseling team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Brief the students and guardians over the phone and face to face about the admission procedure of foreign universities.
- Inspire Students to visit our office and to get free counseling session
- Provide in-depth counseling and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding academic programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and other university-related matters.
- Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and in front.
- Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
- Should be target achievers, goal-oriented, and must be punctual.
- Must be comfortable with video presentations for promoting service.
