Additional Requirements

Overseas the collection and processing of student fees, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely transactions.
Work with counselor to schedule training, handle office -related inquiries, and support the overall staff.
Manage and update work permit and students records, including personal information, enrollment details, and progress tracking.
Agency Visit
Competitor Analysis
Brief the students and guardians over the phone and face to face about the admission procedure of foreign universities.
Inspire Students to visit our office and to get free counseling session
Provide in-depth counseling and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding academic programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and other university-related matters.
Build a strong relationship with the customers/agent over the phone and in front.
Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
Should be target achievers, goal-oriented, and must be punctual.
