Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely recovery of overdue payments from customers.
- Maintain an accurate record of collection activities and outstanding balances.
- Lead, supervise, and train the recovery team to achieve departmental goals.
- Analyze customer payment patterns and provide insights to mitigate future credit risks.
- Negotiate with clients to establish payment plans while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare recovery reports and present periodic updates to management.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to address client issues impacting payment collections.
- Ensure all recovery processes align with legal and company standards.
