  • Computer literacy is essential e.g. Microsoft Office Pack (Specially in MS word, MS Excel, Power point, MS access).
  • Good interpersonal skills and capable to work under pressure.
  • Proactive in taking initiatives and being an active team player.

Responsibilities & Context

Christian Service Society (CSS) is a renowned national NGO having 2,100+ employees. We are currently seeking for an experienced Manager- Human Resource Management (HRM) who will be responsible for managing, coordinating, implementing and monitoring HR policies/regulations related to employee functions and management.

Job Responsibilities:ยท

  • Manage & coordinate the recruitment and selection process of employees such as collecting staff requirements, taking initiative for publication of advertisements, sorting and shortlisting received applications, contacting candidates for written and viva etc.
  • Manage the appointment process for recruiting best talents for each position,
  • Determine selection criteria for position by position.
  • Carry-out orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, terminations and Exit interview.
  • Implement yearly performance evaluation of all staff as per organizational policy and timelines.
  • Maintain and regularly update HR database and compile statistical reports (HRM report) concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates through database.
  • Drafting office orders, reports, notes, notices, circulars, e-mails, letters, policies, meeting minutes & any other issues and circulating as per instruction.
  • Coordinate official events, orientation and meetings.
  • Carry out any other duties related to the organization, as requested by the supervisor.
