Job Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager (Marketing and sales) with experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 5-7 years of proven experience in marketing and sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales strategy to ensure realizing the Organization’s Vision.
- Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly.
- Hitting monthly targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
- Develop and manage sales budgets.
- Conduct Sales related campaigns and activation programs Closely work with associated departments (i.e. Marketing, Engineering, Production, Business Development, etc.).
- Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
- Leading sales team(s) to obtain assigned targets.
- Establish guidelines to develop effective Sales strategy and ensure extraordinary customer experience.
- Manage and monitor daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
- Create and Manage the database and align it with the organizational system.
- Maintain relationships with the customers. Monitor existing competitor’s activities and compete accordingly.
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, or new products and services.
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
- Attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with new trends.
- Collaborating with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
- Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry, and positioning.
