Job Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager (Marketing and sales) with experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 5-7 years of proven experience in marketing and sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute the sales strategy to ensure realizing the Organization’s Vision.
  • Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly.
  • Hitting monthly targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets.
  • Conduct Sales related campaigns and activation programs Closely work with associated departments (i.e. Marketing, Engineering, Production, Business Development, etc.).
  • Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
  • Leading sales team(s) to obtain assigned targets.
  • Establish guidelines to develop effective Sales strategy and ensure extraordinary customer experience.
  • Manage and monitor daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
  • Create and Manage the database and align it with the organizational system.
  • Maintain relationships with the customers. Monitor existing competitor’s activities and compete accordingly.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, or new products and services.
  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
  • Attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with new trends.
  • Collaborating with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
  • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry, and positioning.
