- Experience: 5-6 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in retail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Central warehouse and retail store management software (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items occasionally.

Who we need:
Green Delta Assist Limited a subsidiary of Green Delta Insurance Company Limited is looking for an ambitious and talented Warehouse Manager for its retail pharmacy chain with Aster Pharma.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and outlet deliver complete.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
- Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to outlet and company facilities, communicating with drivers and delivery partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
- Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications and Great interpersonal skills
- Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with business demand
- Plan warehouse layout and product placement to maximize space and efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure goods are stored and handled properly.
- Collaborate with vendors or quality assurance teams as needed.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors for goods, equipment, and services.
- Analyze and report on financial data, including labor costs, inventory losses, and logistics expenses.
