  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    E-commerce, F-commerce

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years

• At least 3 -5 years of experience in all type product Sourcing E-commerce & F-commerce platforms, corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.

• Experience in the (E-commerce, F-commerce platforms), digital marketing, super shop, retail chain stores, retail & wholesale a plus.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Strong understanding of media relations, digital marketing, and branding principles.

• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media and design software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.

Responsibilities & Context

• Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to company goals and initiatives.

• Identify key audiences and tailor messages to align with industry trends and company values.

• Develop and implement PR strategies that align with the company’s mission and vision.

• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry stakeholders and community leaders.

• Draft press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to enhance the organization’s public image.

• Proactively identify potential threats and design strategies to mitigate risks.

• Take decisive action to address issues, protect the company’s reputation, and ensure transparency in all situations.

• Represent the company in press conferences, public events, and interviews when necessary.

• Act as a guardian of the company’s ethics, values, and vision by addressing unethical behaviors or practices.

• Create and explore innovative approaches to overcome PR challenges.

• Oversee the creation of content for digital and print media, including social media posts, newsletters, blogs, and videos.

• Ensure consistent application of branding guidelines across all communication materials.

• Act as a liaison with industry associations, government bodies, and community organizations to build positive relationships.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.

• Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management.

• Stay updated on industry developments and competitors’ communication strategies.
