As we embark on an exciting expansion and transition to a full corporate structure. We are seeking an experienced HR and Recruiting Manager who can establish and lead a best-in-class HR function. This role is essential to building a motivated, skilled, and committed team that aligns with our vision of delivering unparalleled quality and service & helps us move forward during this exciting growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Design and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent across sales, marketing, design, and operational roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfilment of staffing requirements.
  • Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and negotiating employment terms.Build a talent pipeline and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.

Employee Onboarding and Development:

  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly and have a strong understanding of Bezpoke’s culture, values, and expectations.
  • Develop training programs that foster continuous learning and career growth, focusing on both technical skills and luxury service excellence.
  • Implement employee development initiatives, including mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback mechanisms.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with corporate standards, promote a positive work culture, and comply with local labor laws.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and facilitate open communication between management and staff.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Performance Management and Employee Relations:

  • Lead the performance review process, supporting managers in conducting evaluations and setting development goals.
  • Address employee concerns and foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and high morale within the organization.
  • Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and exit processes professionally and empathetically.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Evaluate and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain skilled professionals.
  • Monitor market trends in compensation and update policies to ensure they remain aligned with industry standards.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement.

  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, team cohesion, and a sense of belonging.
  • Lead team-building events, wellness programs, and activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Act as an advocate for employees, championing a culture that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and talent management, ideally in the luxury, retail, or interior design sectors.
  • Must have experience in new temm building.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent acquisition techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and implementing HR programs within a growing organization.
