Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in EEE/ Biomedical Engineering/ Applied Physics or a related field.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Medical Equipment
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 22 years

• Prior experience in sales and service of biomedical equipment is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of biomedical equipment and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as required- Long Time service mentality is require.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

• Engage in sales and service activities related to biomedical equipment.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding biomedical equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customers.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service reports.
