Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making phone calls to potential buyers, scheduling and conducting in-person meetings, and guiding clients through the property-buying process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to showcase properties.
• Provide clients with accurate information about available properties, market trends, and pricing.
• Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
