Education

• Strong understanding of ERP modules, systems, and functionalities. (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fast React, Logic).

• Have expertise in database management systems and statistical modelling.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context

Fakir Knitwears Ltd, a reputed 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, potential candidate as Officer (MIS) for its factory located at Kayempur, Fatullah, Narayanganj.

• ERP Module Development: Develop, test, and implement ERP modules, analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Data Migration & Documentation: Assist in data migration system integration activities and document all ERP processes, changes, and updates.
• System Design & Maintenance: Properly System Design, maintain, and update ERP system functionalities, resolve issues and optimize system performance. Must have sound knowledge in System Design tools like Draw.io, MS Visio, and Figma or any other tools.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs; communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
• Project Management and Presentation: Led the successful implementation of ERP modules and presented the finalized modules to the respective departments for review and feedback.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily all functional departments production reports for stakeholders and executive management with insights and recommendations.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct data analysis for business decisions and utilize tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Office 365 Platform, MS PowerPoint Slide and Power BI.
