Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure customer service and application support for designated area (Virtual/In-Site).
• Installation, Training & preventing maintenance planning & execution.
• Ensure daily, weekly & monthly maintenance.
• Customer awareness building to ensure trouble-free operation of analyzers and safe calibrator & reagent storage.
• Co-ordinate with the sales team for smooth operation of business and gain new prospect.
• Complete customer service report & monthly service report in a regular manner.
• Daily reporting to customer service support group & supervisor.
