Additional Requirements

Our Requirement:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
A Self-Starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft office, and Google workspace.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, social media management and content design is a plus.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must be fluent in written and verbal English (As all of our clients are Aussies)

We are hiring a business development manager from Bangladesh to oversee our business in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities will include:

Finding and contacting potential clients
Metting new clients personally to explain and promote
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Communicating new developments to prospective clients
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Developing quotes and proposals for clients
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Providing management with feedback.
FYI, Office timing will be scheduled following the Sydney, Australia timetables.
