Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master of Business Studies (MBS)
  • Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a Related Field.

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Market Research Firms, Consulting Firms, Manpower Recruitment, Security Service, Overseas Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 35 years

Our Requirement:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • A Self-Starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, and Google workspace.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, social media management and content design is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be fluent in written and verbal English (As all of our clients are Aussies)

Responsibilities & Context

We are hiring a business development manager from Bangladesh to oversee our business in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Finding and contacting potential clients
  • Metting new clients personally to explain and promote
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Communicating new developments to prospective clients
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Providing management with feedback.
  • FYI, Office timing will be scheduled following the Sydney, Australia timetables.
