Additional Requirements

Address and rectify any quality defects or variations immediately, and communicate with Quality Manager.
Implement and maintain quality control checkpoints throughout the production line, ensuring early detection of potential issues.
Ensure all sewing garments meet the buyer’s standards and specifications.
Overseeing and supervising the section’s Quality Inspectors and ln-line Quality Supervisors.
Participate in problem-solving meetings and root cause analysis when quality issues arise.
Manage & lead the quality team to achieve optimal performance and efficiency while maintaining proper discipline.
Perform final product inspections before shipment to ensure garments meet the buyer’s specifications and industry standards.
Responsible for attending Line Pre-Production Meetings and tasked with organizing First Production & Trial Cutting meeting.
Enlighten the team about defect prevention, product inspection procedures, and quality control tools. Also responsible for training and development of sub-ordinates.
Document any deviations from quality standards and ensure that corrective measures are implemented promptly. And prepare quality reports for management, outlining any issues encountered and corrective actions taken.
Coordinate with buyer representatives as assigned by management (RQS) to understand their specific quality expectations and requirements.
