Requirements

Education

  • BBA/ MBA in any discipline from a reputed University.
  • Masters/MBA in Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality Management will get high preference.
  • Professional Certification: If Any.
  • Training/ Trade Course: If any.
  • Skills Required: Computer skills, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing.

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 40 years
  • At least 3-6 years of experience.
  • Previous experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • The applicants who have experience in an Airline and travel Agency will be preferable.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process of Business development from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing (Assistant Manager) to join our company and enrich our travel and tourism services. Who will lead the entire sales department, build business relationships, and meet sales targets.

 Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and generating new clients through regularly visiting corporate offices to understand customer travel trends.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Scheduling meetings with potential clients and delivering effective presentations on products and services.
  • Must be able to generate sales leads and be result-oriented.
  • Manage negotiations and offers to clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Research market trends, brand audiences, and competitors, to drive engagements and conversions.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategic sales plans that expand our customer base and extend the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
  • Managing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns, as well as collaborating with website development.
  • Develop, optimize, and post content such as campaigns, posts, videos, pictures, etc. for the website and social media channels (such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Handle all social media platforms.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople and monitoring their performance.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports of sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Keep up to date with airlines & travel rules of different countries.
  • Design tour packages according to customer needs.
  • Handle queries for group tours.
  • Follow-up due payments.
  • Other tasks assigned by Management.
