Responsibilities & Context

• Attending customers’ complaints and queries through phone calls, emails, or others.
• Set up and configure Swiss, OLT, Mikrotik, Netgear, TP-Link, Belkin, Linksys etc Router and Access point.
• IP subletting with basic Routing and switching (VLAN, Trunk, VTP Server and client). Various OLT configuration and troubleshooting capabilities, FTTX network establish and troubleshooting.
• Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Design, provision, and operate an extensive MPLS IP WAN/LAN network.
• Implement changes both at an individual circuit level as well as overall large scale as needed.
• Investigate network performance issues to determine root cause, develop and implement plans to address as needed.
• Assist and train NOC operators to monitor and configure MPLS equipment and networks to assess, troubleshoot, and make recommendations to improve performance.
• Create documentation and network maps and assist Project Engineering with network expansion.
• Create weekly reports and presentations to effectively communicate current operational status with management.
• Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients inside or outside Dhaka.
• Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults.
• Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client end.
• Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system.
