Job Responsibilities:
- Must be knowledge on the trims and accessories sector(Production Cost, Raw Materials and consumption).
- Maintain relationships and follow up with prospective and current clients.
- Capable to handle current clients account.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer information in the database.
- Acquire new customers and conduct frequent visits to buying house and factory.
- Respond to and follow up on orders/inquiries by understanding the prospects’ requirements.
- Capable to Make price costing for orders/inquiries.
- Reach out to clients via phone calls, emails, and physical visits to generate orders/inquiries.
- Regularly follow-up on orders, production and delivery status.
- Regularly update oneself with product knowledge, features, and amenities of projects.
- Assist team leaders in maintaining departmental administration.
- Any others task by management.
