• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, access points).

Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare, install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware components, including PCs, laptops, UPS, printers, and related peripherals.
• Provide extensive support for hardware and software issues, ensuring quick resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
• Handle fiber optics-related tasks, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Install and maintain CCTV systems, access control systems, multimedia projectors, and video conferencing equipment.
• Operate and maintain video conferencing systems to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain an up-to-date IT inventory with proper documentation, including hardware and software assets.
• Candidate must have a strong knowledge of “Mikrotik routers”, configuring wireless settings, restoring configurations, network switches, Wi-Fi routers, and other IT networking tools.
• Should have good knowledge about network system and upgrade the connect network system into a develop and organized network system.
• Track and document IT infrastructure changes for audit and operational purposes.
• Provide instant and effective support for hardware, software, and networking issues, reducing response time and ensuring user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with other teams, exhibiting a positive and cooperative attitude to ensure smooth IT operations across departments.
• Perform routine maintenance of IT systems and equipment to prevent issues and ensure long-term reliability.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance standards while configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and support resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Assist users in understanding and utilizing IT resources effectively through training and guidance.
• Respond promptly to IT-related emergencies, ensuring critical systems are restored with minimal disruption.
• Any other task is given by management.
