Responsibilities & Context

We are currently looking for an aesthetic dentist with a license with experience in aesthetic/cosmetic procedures to join our team in Dhaka. The dentist is expected to be experienced in aesthetic treatments. Relevant Medical Degree and higher professional education recognized by Bangladesh Health Authority. Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience. Must be able to perform consultations and specialized procedures, routine and complex dental procedures required to improve patient’s oral health, as well as cosmetic dental procedures that improve the appearance of patients’ teeth, gums, bite etc.

Aesthetic Dentist Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis and treatment of conditions that affect oral aesthetics.
• Evaluates patient’s health status and initiates treatment plan.
• Educates patients by teaching preventative care and informing them about available treatments.
• Keep a record of patients’ history and treatments.
• Follow-up on patients.
• When appropriate, refers patients to specialists or other physicians.
• Performs common and specialized cosmetic procedures and services.
• Cosmetic dentists are responsible for enhancing the appearance of patients’ teeth and gums through various treatments and procedures.
• They must have a thorough understanding of dental aesthetics and be skilled in performing cosmetic procedures such as teeth whitening, veneers, and orthodontics.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow sterilization , infection control, and safety guidelines strictly.
• Legal and Ethical Standards: Ensure compliance with organizational regulations.
• Equipment Management: Ensure surgical tools and equipment are maintained, sterilized, and functional.
• Contribute to Practice Development: Support marketing efforts, community outreach, or other initiatives to grow the dental practice. .
