• SSC

• SSC or equivalent degree, relevant experience will be preferable (flexible in case of extensive experience).

Responsibilities & Context

The position is for the ”Enhance Gender Equality through ensuring participation’’ project, funded by the NAGORIKATA CEF Fund. The Support Staff will play a key role in providing administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of daily organizational activities. This position is essential for maintaining an organized, efficient, and productive work environment.

Duration: Initially 1 year with possibility of extension based on performance and availability of fund.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing office meetings, events, and workshops.
• Manage office supplies, logistics, and basic facility maintenance.
• Maintain organizational records and files,
• Support internal communication and assist different departments as needed.
• Handle basic correspondence.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
• Facilitate visitor management and ensure reception duties when required.

Compensation & Other Benefits

• The total monthly salary will be Tk 13,887.00 plus 2 bonus, weekly 02 Holidays, phone allowance and travel allowance as per organizational policy.
