Additional Requirements

8-15 years of experience in commercial operations, with at least 8 years in a senior role in the RMG industry. Additional experience will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of export-import procedures, LC management, and logistics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Skill: Problem solving, managing people, Computer MS Excel & Outlook.
Good in English- spoken & written

Job Responsibilities:

Export-Import Management:

Manage all commercial activities, including LC (Letter of Credit), export documentation, and import clearances.
Ensure smooth shipment processes and timely delivery of goods to buyers.
Coordinate with banks, customs, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.

Buyer Coordination:

Act as the key liaison between buyers and internal departments (production, finance, compliance).
Maintain strong relationships with buyers, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with buyers and suppliers.

Strategic Commercial Operations:

Monitor production schedules, lead times, and shipment timelines to meet buyer requirements.
Manage cost optimization in logistics, import duties, and procurement.
Analyze commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
