Responsibilities & Context
- Perform day-to-day Production Planning related activities.
- Monitor Input, output & hourly production & ensuring proper data-keeping.
- Following up daily Sewing for on-time inspection and shipment.
- Follow up with merchant Supply chain and Material Check-List to ensure timely sewing and Finishing Plan for a smooth shipment plan.
- Coordinate to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor order status & regular schedule meetings with Merchandising, production & store for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
- Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
- Collaborate with other concerned departments to understand business challenges, collect relevant data, and validate data.
