Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.Intermediary level of skill on DSLR Camera operation.

Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.

A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is required.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling and has a keen eye for detail. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished, professional videos that align with our brand and creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, requirements, and timelines.Implement visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance video quality and impact.
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content.
Edit raw video and still footage to create polished, visually appealing content with seamless transitions, engaging graphics, and professional effects.
Ensure all video and multimedia content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative video strategies tailored to real estate audiences.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement creative ideas to enhance content quality.
Color correction and grading to enhance visual appeal.
Incorporate music, sound effects, and voiceovers as needed.
Handle multiple video and design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Utilize tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Da Vinci, and After Effects to create engaging multimedia content.
Flexible for traveling anywhere in Bangladesh for video shoot.
