Ensure that day-to-day operations are efficient and cost-effective by reviewing processes, workflows, and resource allocation.
Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements and best practices across the organization to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Oversee the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and the public.
Maintaining & Monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from management.
Develop close relationship with concerned low enforcing low enforcing agencies, local bodies like police, other government, non-government & local authorities.
Collaborate with finance to prepare and manage the operational budget, ensuring financial discipline and effective cost control across all areas.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, HR, IT) to ensure alignment and support in achieving business objectives.
Regularly train staffs on operational performance and challenges for offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
