  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with clients and team members.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for the management team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with UK and Bangladesh teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow
