Additional Requirements

• If B.Sc. Architect then need 1 to 2 year of relevant experience and If Diploma Architect then need 2 to 4 year of relevant experience
• Expert in 3D Interior & Exterior.
• Expert in Floor Measurement.
• Expert in Rendering.
• Professional Skill in Auto Cad, Sketchup, and Lumion 3D Rendering.
• Knowledge of 3D Studio Max will be an additional advantage

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work·
• Drafting the drawings as required·
• Should have rich design experience and sufficient knowledge of raw material used·
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management·
• Coordinate with clients regarding design-related issues·
• Meeting and Design presentation to client if required·
