Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare a wide variety of dishes from Indian, Turkish, and Pakistani cuisines, including traditional curries, kebabs, breads, appetizers, desserts, and beverages.
  • Master the preparation of signature dishes like biryani, butter chicken, kebabs, Turkish pide, baklava, Lahori karahi, haleem, and more.
  • Utilize authentic spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques to maintain the originality and flavor of the cuisines.
  • Innovate and develop new recipes, fusion dishes, and seasonal menus inspired by the three cuisines.
  • Collaborate with management to create diverse menus that highlight the best of Indian, Turkish, and Pakistani cuisines.
  • Ensure menu items cater to a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal options.
  • Introduce regional specialties and unique dishes from all three cuisines to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
  • Supervise and manage the kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes.
  • Monitor food preparation, portion control, and waste management to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
