- Prepare a wide variety of dishes from Indian, Turkish, and Pakistani cuisines, including traditional curries, kebabs, breads, appetizers, desserts, and beverages.
- Master the preparation of signature dishes like biryani, butter chicken, kebabs, Turkish pide, baklava, Lahori karahi, haleem, and more.
- Utilize authentic spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques to maintain the originality and flavor of the cuisines.
- Innovate and develop new recipes, fusion dishes, and seasonal menus inspired by the three cuisines.
- Collaborate with management to create diverse menus that highlight the best of Indian, Turkish, and Pakistani cuisines.
- Ensure menu items cater to a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal options.
- Introduce regional specialties and unique dishes from all three cuisines to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Supervise and manage the kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes.
- Monitor food preparation, portion control, and waste management to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory and procure high-quality ingredients and spices essential for authentic cooking.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Regularly inspect and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.

- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals during busy hours while maintaining high quality.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere through your culinary expertise and passion for authenticity.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in preparing Indian, Turkish, and Pakistani dishes.
- Share knowledge of traditional cooking techniques, spice blending, and plating styles.
- Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and introduce innovative techniques to the team.
- Work with management to plan and execute special events, festivals, and catering orders featuring Indian, Turkish, and Pakistani cuisines.
