Additional Requirements

Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and other written materials related to various aspects of urban planning.
Develop and deliver engaging presentations to clients, stakeholders, and participate actively in public meetings and consultations.
Design and manage Geographic Information System (GIS) databases, create base maps, and produce other visualizations to support data analysis and informed decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists, to integrate diverse perspectives into urban planning projects.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of urban planning projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure all urban planning activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies by incorporating innovative approaches and technologies.
Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in urban planning.
Assist in preparing proposals and bid documents to secure new projects.
Monitor and communicate with the field team and oversee the field operation.
