Additional Requirements

Have to be very good in English communication (both writing and speaking).
Should have good command over MS Office program specially in MS Excel/Power Point and of course MS Word.
Should be a smart and positive thinker.
Should have good team building capacity

Candidate should be very good in English Communication.

Must be able to do costing independently.
Should be competent to communicate with Buying House/Liaison Office, Factory people and other Department.
Must be capable to deal with Buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
Must be capable to arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.
Must be capable to act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Able to manage and handle multiple accounts at one time.
Able to bring new business in.
Costing of Product/Garments; Coordinate with Factory team for better execution of Production.
Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment maintaining effective TNA.
Effective Follow up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
