Additional Requirements

Counsel workers & staffs on company rules & regulations, policies & procedures, health & safety and discipline
Organize & conduct orientation program for new joiners
Counsel absent workers and ensure these habits are changed
Surveillance in production floors to identify aggressive workers and maintain discipline
Ensure proper house keeping is maintained in floor
Ensure first-aids and extinguishers are at the right place and up-to-date
Regularly check other compliance issues (light, humidity etc) and inform to management
Ensure workers are using safety gears while performing duties
Check complain/suggestion box is regularly and address the issues promptly
Handle worker grievances and forward the message to management
Motivate workers for productivity, discipline, safety maintenance as well as hygiene maintenance
Calculate different benefits and inform workers about their rights
