Responsibilities & Context
- Showcase a proven track record of successful rice sales, including achievements in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of commodity products, particularly rice, to drive sales growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate effectively with large conglomerates engaged in commodity products, fostering strong working relationships to facilitate sales initiatives.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and maximize revenue generation.
- Lead and manage a field sales team within assigned clusters, regions, or territories, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales objectives.
- Implement performance metrics and provide regular feedback to optimize team performance.
- Leverage existing networks and establish new channels across diverse geographic regions of the country to expand market reach and distribution network.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and accessibility.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing new rice brands and expanding channels for these brands to penetrate untapped markets.
