Experience with product and production process of knit garments from cut to pack.
Expertise to build operations bulletin including detail breakdown of operations and machines details.
Competency to define standard time of each operation linked the with motion involved to calculate the SAM of the products.
8+ years’ practical experience working SAM of knit garments.
Certified GSD practitioner will be added advantages.
Sound working knowledge on MS office Package.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Organized, analytical and able to interpret data for actionable proposal.

Responsibilities & Context

Review the full range of our products, including all customers, to classify the styles according to different parameters contributing to SAM of the products.
Prepare the standard operations bulletin per style group considering the general production facilities of our factories panel and build SAM benchmark at organizational level.
Provide SAM for quotation analyzing the technical documents/ physical samples to the merchandising team to do the costing & share the price with buyers and place the orders to factories after confirmation.
Take ownership of the provided SAM and get involved in resolving any conflict that arises from the buyer or factory regarding reliability/ practicality of the SAM. Be on the production line to convince the factories with practical data.
Visit the panel of the factories regularly to be updated with our factory context in terms of available facilities/ processes/ machinery and update the SAM benchmark accordingly.
Propose concrete improvement proposal for the operation to optimize the required production time in the factories for our products.
Coordinate with industrial engineers to guarantee the alignment between SAM and efficiency linked with specific product/ factory.
Coordinate with the Technical Team to integrate the product, process and production attributes with the operations bulletin to be in the same page.
Stay connected with the Product Development Team for the ongoing development, aware about the product & process technicity and integrate/ update with the SAM benchmark.
Review the Tech Pack/ Sample to provide SAM immediately for costing with reference to the SAM benchmarking with needed adjustment.
