Strong analytical thinking.

Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or Layer 2 solutions.
Familiarity with governance frameworks (e.g., DAOs).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new blockchain technologies.
Knowledge of oracles (e.g., Chainlink) for integrating real-world data.
Hash functions like SHA-256.
Understanding of Blockchain Fundamentals
Understanding of Block structure and transactions.
Understanding of cross-chain communication protocols and tools.
Rock-solid skill on Truffle, Hardhat, Foundry, Anchor Framework.
Experience with blockchain APIs and SDK Usage (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js, or Polkadot.js).
Strong Knowledge about testing tools: Ganache, Remix IDE, and testnets.
Familiarity with Popular Blockchain Platforms
Should have Proficiency on Git & Version ControlSolve Problems with codes.
Experience on payment gateway integration.
Strong Knowledge about MySQL or MSSQL.
Must be honest, loyal, ethical, and have good manners.
Must be a hard worker.

Responsibilities & Context

Programming Languages:

Smart Contract Development: Solidity (Ethereum), Rust (Solana/Polkadot), Vyper, or Go (Hyperledger).
General Programming: JavaScript, Python, C++, Java, or C#.
Data Structures and Algorithms: Understanding of hashing, trees (e.g., Merkle trees), linked lists, and graphs.
Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React,Vue or Angular.
