Responsibilities & Context
- Maximize utilization of resources.
- Check existing capacity & increase.
- Check & analyzes existing efficiency and increase.
- Eliminate NPT.
- Reduce change over time.
- Identify wasteful motions and eliminate.
- Standardize SMV in cutting, sewing to finishing.
- Implement 5S.
- Implement Kaizen in production area.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
