Knowledge:

Responsibilities & Context
Job Context
Ngen Print Pack Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager in the Supply Chain & Commercial sector to lead procurement planning, oversee export-import operations, and coordinate with vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rolling forecasts, handling Letters of Credit (LCs), and ensuring compliance with customs, VAT, and tax regulations while supporting the technical and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Planning:
- Coordinate with technical and production teams for accurate procurement planning.
- Manage rolling forecasts for raw materials, spare parts, capital machinery, services, and automobiles.
- Develop relationships with existing vendors and source new suppliers overseas.
Export-Import Operations:
- Oversee end-to-end export-import processes ensuring timely compliance.
- Handle local and foreign LC processes, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage customs procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and timely clearance.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on import policy orders, HS Codes, NBR & Customs SRO rules, and other trade regulations.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, tax rules, and internal company policies for all commercial operations.
Vendor & Partner Coordination:
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors, logistics partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage banking and insurance correspondence with AD Banks, ensuring timely LC openings and bill settlements.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze landed costs and cost variances of imported goods.
- Prepare procurement and logistics reports for management review.
Additional Duties:
- Perform other tasks assigned by management to support operational excellence.
