• Minimum 02 years’ experience in relevant field is preferable
• Training on International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Leadership will be an added advantage
• Good communication, analytical & interpersonal skill
• Sound computer literacy in MS Office

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely execution of production schedules along with production target
• Optimize the use of equipment, materials & manpower to meet quality and cost targets
• Recommend changes in workflow, operation & equipment to maximize production efficiency
• Prepare and maintain production reports, along with machine performance
• Oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand
